I can't recommend highly enough, had perfectly pleasant experience here.

the hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a lovely area, just off the closest restaurant, beach and the ocean. i booked a room with a comfortable bed, a fridge, a microwave, and coffee and tea making equipment. kitchen was a nice surprise. throughout the day staff were helpful. the location of the property was good and marvellous - just a pleasant stroll away from praia de carreco. i truly enjoyed the stay here.

All the staff is affable and helpful and is engaged to make your stay great. The deluxe queen room overlooks mountain and includes tea and coffee making equipment, a cooktop, and kitchenware. The location is great, 1 mile from Paco beach...

I felt very welcomed at Casa Do Adro, with beautiful grounds and a refreshing pool that offered a perfect retreat after a long day. The garden views were lovely, and the staff were attentive and helpful, providing local dining recommendations.

The mixed dormitory was cozy, and the nice garden and pool. Very relaxed vibes here. Absolutely loved giving belly rubs to Attica, the golden retriever.

The outdoor pool was divine, perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day. And oh, the views from there? Just amazing!

The kitchen's so tiny, I seemed like I was in a Tetris game! The bathrooms? Not exactly sparkling, more like sharing a flat with a messy roommate.

Disappointing Experience Overall

The room felt cramped, and two of the four bathrooms didn't have locks. It took too long to check in, and the lack of internet was frustrating. For 46 Euros, the experience fell far short of what was expected.

The heated pool provided a lovely retreat, complemented by beautiful garden walks. The golden malted waffles for breakfast were a good surprise. There were notable cleanliness issues, with the showers in poor condition and a concerning lack of attention to detail in room maintenance. My experience with the staff varied. While some were accommodating, others seemed overwhelmed, impacting the overall visit negatively.

The cozy mixed dorm room was perfect for my solo adventure, and I really enjoyed the heated pool and beautiful garden area for my downtime. However, I did notice the electricity could be a bit spotty at times. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it for a chill getaway! 😊

The amenities were clean and comfy. The charm of the interior design. Having double beds in a hostel was a rare treat, perfect for couples on the Camino!

The owner's attitude might make you question your life choices! And the dryer? Let's just say, pack lightly unless you want to wear damp socks!

Cozy room, lovely breakfast, and a beautiful outdoor dining area with great views over the sea complemented our stay wonderfully.

We didn't want to leave and would love to come back. It was a relaxing base for our pleasant stay. the location was particularly good, for example, a neoclassical limestone memorial was a short walk away. the restaurant was nice. the staff were friendly and exceptionally nice.
